A big congratulations goes out to our Genoa 7th grade Lady Jags volleyball team. They went 11-2 in our middle school volleyball district, only to lose to Olentangy Liberty middle school and Walnut Springs middle school. They won their spot to play for area champs against Big Walnut middle school. It was toe to toe with Big Walnut taking home the championship title as Genoa took 2nd place. The girls did an excellent job!! I am very proud of them!!

Nicole made the 7th grade volleyball team for Genoa middle school. She is one of the managers, which means she practices with the team everyday but does not play in the games. As long as she continues to practice and improves her serving she will make the 8th grade volleyball team next year.
We are proud of her, this is the first sport she has tried out for.
