Mini-Vacation to Michigan
September 18th, 2007 . by LilacBack in August we took a mini-vacation to Michigan. It was great to see my family after so many years. We went to Grand Haven, Wabasis Lake and we walked around the danish festival in Greenville. Bruce and I had fun showing the kids some of our old haunts while we were dating. We even ate at Rockford’s Corner Bar for their famous chili dogs. YUM!! We only dipped our toes into Lake Michigan, but that is okay, with the water temp being only 53 degrees ~ BRRRR!!! We topped the trip off to Grand Haven with all of us enjoying some Pronto Pups (YUMMY) and walking along the pier.
